2026 Vendor Applications
Applications for the 2026 Saturday Market Day and 2nd Saturdays on Main will be open
February 1 – March 1, 2026.
All vendors—new and returning—must submit an application each season. Acceptance in a previous year does not guarantee acceptance in future seasons.
Late applications may be considered on a rolling basis, subject to availability, product mix, and market needs.

Saturday Market — TBK Bank
Location: TBK Bank Parking Lot

Season: Saturdays, 5/16/26 - 10/31/26
Time: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
(9:00 AM start time in October)
Commitment Expectation:
Vendors applying to the Saturday Market are expected to commit to a minimum of eight (8) market dates during the season.
Vendors who are unable to meet this minimum commitment are encouraged to apply for 2nd Saturdays on Main only, which offers a more flexible, date-specific participation option.

Harvest and Holiday Market applications will be open
October 1 – November 1 each year.
These seasonal markets take place outside the regular market season and have separate application windows, dates, and vendor needs.
Vendors must apply specifically for Harvest and/or Holiday Markets, even if they are approved for the regular season.

$35 non-refundable application fee
(One-time fee to apply to any 2026 DFM market)Harvest & Holiday Markets:

Submit a complete and accurate product list
Indicate whether applying as a Member Vendor or Non-Member Vendor
Upload all required licenses, permits, and insurance upon acceptance
Incomplete applications or missing documentation may delay or prevent approval.
